Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in IT Business Management (ITBM) / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The candidate should have experience in modules like APM, PPM, TPM, Demand Management, and Project Management. You will lead technical implementation, work with stakeholders, and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of ServiceNow ITBM/SPM modules.
  • Configure and customize applications such as APM, PPM, TPM, etc.
  • Develop scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Ensure data alignment with CSDM and CMDB.
  • Support Agile and DevOps practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform.
  • Hands-on experience with ITBM/SPM modules.
  • Proficient in scripting and workflow design.
  • Experience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON).
  • Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills.
