Position:   SAP HANA Test Lead

Location:  Houston, TX (3 Days Onsite)

Required Skills:-

Test Lead with 8 to 12+ years of experience (Level 6). with deep functional and technical expertise in the insurance domain.

The ideal candidate will lead and support the migration of SAP Callidus Oracle to HANA GCP ensuring seamless integration across various upstream and downstream systems including Agent Onboarding, Licensing & Commissions (ELC), Compensation Management, and Policy Administration platforms such as ALIP and Navisys.

Proven experience in SAP HANA development and data modeling.

Strong functional knowledge in Insurance domain processes.

Expertise in ELC (Licensing & Commissions) and Compensation Management, preferably Callidus.

Hands-on experience with ALIP and Navisys systems.

Solid understanding of SAP GL Accounting, Reporting, and Analytics.

Experience with data feeds in XML, flat file, and proprietary formats.

Familiarity with compliance requirements and commissionable events.
