Job Title: Middleware Engineer (Java)

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days Onsite)

• Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions to support enterprise applications.
• Work with Java-based applications to ensure smooth integration with backend systems and services.
• Monitor and support middleware platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system issues across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of middleware technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Java development and middleware technologies.
• Hands-on experience with application integration, APIs, and messaging systems.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with troubleshooting production issues and system monitoring.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
