Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Data Engineer II who can bridge business needs with strong data engineering capabilities. This role requires hands-on expertise in modern data tools along with strong analytical thinking and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working onsite and leading discussions with stakeholders.

 Must-Have Skills

· Strong experience with DBT and Snowflake

· Solid data analysis background

· 3–5 years of hands-on SQL experience

· Experience with Power BI

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to run meetings and communicate clearly with business and technical teams

 Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience with DataStage

· Prior experience in the banking domain

 Key Responsibilities

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions

· Design, build, and optimize data models using DBT and Snowflake

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI

· Run stakeholder meetings and gather detailed requirements

· Ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
