Location: 100% Onsite - Mason, OH

Duration: 6 months (potential extension)

Job Description: The Implementation Analyst will support multiple technology implementation initiatives by assisting with planning, coordination, execution, and post-go-live support activities. The role will work closely with IT partners, business stakeholders, vendors, field technicians, and support teams to ensure the successful deployment of hardware, software, system enhancements, and business process changes. Responsibilities include implementation coordination, project tracking, issue management, data validation, testing support, documentation, training support, and hyper care activities. The analyst will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business partners to ensure project milestones remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, and operational disruptions are minimized.


The role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder management, organization, follow-through, and the ability to work across IT and business teams. I’d like to see a balanced candidate slate before moving further into interviews, while continuing to evaluate everyone against the same role requirements.


Specific Skills Needed:

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting IT implementations, technology deployments, or infrastructure rollouts.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki switches, routers,wireless access points, and SD-WAN solutions.

• Experience supporting iOS/iPad devices, including device provisioning, enrollment, configuration, MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.), application deployment, and end-user troubleshooting.

• Strong network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity, firewall troubleshooting, anddevice-to-application communication issues.

• Experience coordinating with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and productionsupport activities.


Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications?

• Experience supporting retail store environments.

• Familiarity with Meraki MX, MS, and MR product lines.

• Experience with Airwatch, Intune or other enterprise MDM platforms.

• Experience with POS, payment devices, printers, and store technology.

• Basic knowledge of cloud networking and SaaS application support.

Required levels/ Years of Experience education – discuss whether there is flexibility

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting technology implementations, deployments, infrastructure projects, or field technology operations.

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki networking equipment.

• Experience supporting and managing iOS/iPad devices, including deployment, configuration, enrollment, and troubleshooting through an MDM platform (Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, etc.).

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall troubleshooting.

• Experience working with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and production support activities.

• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Intune certifications are preferred but not required.

Flexibility: Candidates with strong implementation/project deployment experience and proven network troubleshooting skills may be considered even if they do not meet all preferred educational or certification requirements.
