Position: Full Stack Lead (WordPress, PHP, ReactJS)

Location: Onsite in Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL (Relocation will work)

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Mandatory skill: WordPress, PHP, React, HTML , CSS & Java Script. AWS, GIT .

Good to have Knowledge on S3 , Web server management, SSL Rotation. Good to have prior experience in support and ticketing tool like service now, JIRA.

Full Stack Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.
• Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
• Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications
• Support Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.
• Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
• Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
• Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs
• Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.

Project Collaboration:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API)
• PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)
• ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)
• Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
• Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
