Job Summary
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong expertise in OCI IAM, VPC, Compute, Storage, Cloud Logging, and Security Controls.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Experience implementing Policy as Code (PaC) using Sentinel or similar cloud-native policy frameworks.
- Experience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud security guardrails.
- Knowledge of CNAPP and secure-by-default cloud security implementations.
- Experience securing Oracle PaaS environments, including:
- Data Security
- Network Security
- Workload Isolation
- Policy Enforcement
- Strong understanding of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Storage, and Streaming Services.
- Experience with Cloud Logging, Monitoring, Metrics, and XQL.
- Good understanding of High Availability (HA) and secure cloud architecture.
- Programming experience in Java, Go, or Python.
- FinOps knowledge is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
- Develop and manage Policy as Code (PaC) using Sentinel and cloud-native security policies.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Implement cloud security guardrails and collaborate with CNAPP teams to enforce secure-by-default configurations.
- Secure OCI services, including IAM, VPC, Compute, Storage, and Cloud Logging.
- Troubleshoot complex Oracle Cloud issues, identify root causes, and develop automation for faster resolution.
- Secure Oracle PaaS services through policy enforcement, workload isolation, and network security.
- Configure and maintain cloud logging, monitoring, metrics, and observability solutions.
- Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and high availability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate cloud infrastructure and improve operational efficiency.
- Apply cloud cost optimization (FinOps) best practices where applicable.
