Title: Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead – Data Migration & PLM (Windchill)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Product Manager to understand business processes, priorities, and delivery objectives.
• Own day-to-day delivery orchestration for the Data Migration Squad, including migration readiness, sequencing, validation, and execution activities.
• Identify, manage, and track dependencies across programs while collaborating with Technical Product Owners (TPOs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs), architects, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices within a highly collaborative and delivery-focused environment.
• Support Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Act as the primary coordination point between Product Analysts, Technical Product Owners, Architects, Business Teams, and Delivery Partners.
• Maintain Jira boards, sprint plans, execution metrics, and delivery dashboards to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
• Utilize Confluence to document delivery plans, assumptions, risks, decisions, and project artifacts.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to data migration, data quality, system constraints, and cutover activities.
• Enable collaboration across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile delivery governance.
• Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts where appropriate to improve delivery efficiency and team productivity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions and transformation programs.
• Experience supporting Data Migration, System Modernization, or Platform Transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience leading teams through Product Increment (PI) Planning and execution cycles.
• Strong project management skills including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and cross-functional dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Medical Device or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of PLM environments, preferably PTC Windchill.
• Understanding of Change Control processes within PLM systems.
• Exposure to Master Data, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Migration Validation.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application in Agile delivery environments.
