Seeking a hands-on Sr. Workday Developer to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Workday across core HR functions in a regulated environment. This role partners closely with HR, IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-focused solutions.

• 5–8+ years of hands-on Workday experience (HCM, Payroll preferred)
• Strong experience with system testing, validation, and requirements documentation
• Proven ability to operate independently as a technical individual contributor
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
