Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Endpoint to lead the assessment, modernization, and optimization of enterprise endpoint management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and secure contractor access environments.

This role requires an architectural mindset with strong hands-on engineering expertise in Microsoft endpoint technologies, cloud-based endpoint management, and virtual desktop solutions. The ideal candidate will evaluate the current infrastructure, recommend scalable and secure solutions, and implement improvements that enhance endpoint management, secure remote access, and overall end-user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the existing Endpoint Management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Contractor Access environments.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and modern endpoint management solutions.
  • Modernize endpoint infrastructure using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Autopilot.
  • Design and enhance secure remote access solutions for employees, contractors, and third-party users.
  • Develop architectural standards, best practices, and governance for endpoint technologies.
  • Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/MECM/SCCM) environments.
  • Manage endpoint policies using Microsoft Intune and Group Policy.
  • Administer Azure Active Directory and Hybrid Active Directory environments.
  • Create and improve reporting related to endpoint devices, patch management, incidents, and overall endpoint health.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint infrastructure issues.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging endpoint technologies.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and End User Computing teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
  • Manage multiple infrastructure initiatives while ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
