Job Summary:

The Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain customer communication management (CCM) solutions using OpenText Exstream in a cloud-native Microsoft Azure environment. The role involves modernizing document generation capabilities and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of CCM systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 14+ years of professional software development experience.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v23.4 or higher).

• Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.

• Expertise in OpenText Exstream components (Communications Designer, Empower, Communication Server).

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service for deployment and management.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with Java or C#.

• Strong understanding of data formats like XML and JSON.

• Experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (CN) version.

• Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, CKAD).

• Experience in insurance or financial services industries.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and support complex CCM solutions with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native.

• Develop and manage Exstream applications in a containerized architecture using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Build secure integrations between Exstream and enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
