Job Title: Automation Tester / QA Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester / Quality Assurance Engineer to support testing initiatives for payment systems, including Credit/Debit, EBT, and Gift Card transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and experienced in both manual and automated testing within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for payment applications

·      Perform Functional, Regression, and End-to-End testing

·      Identify, document, track, and validate defects using JIRA and Zephyr

·      Capture and analyze host and simulator logs for card brand certifications and submissions

·      Analyze test data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency

·      Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies

·      Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test closure reports

·      Ensure compliance with ISO and UMF specifications

Required Qualifications

·       4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Automation Testing

·      Strong experience testing payment systems (Credit/Debit, EBT, Gift Cards)

·      Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Splunk, and Postman

·      Working knowledge of ISO and UMF standards

·      Experience with Shell scripting

·      Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

·      Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
