Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Washington DC (Hybrid)

DC Office of the Chief Financial Officer

Visa: USC, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD

Duties and Responsibilities

• Have functional and technical experience in the utilization and implementation of financial software, preferably the Oracle suite.
• Be able to analyze and recommend resolutions to complex business/technical issues, the ability to effectively communicate project status and demonstrated ability to perform business process engineering.
• Have demonstrated the ability to lead teams through the delivery of projects which improve end-user productivity while maintaining appropriate business compliance controls.
• Assess current capabilities and identify high-level business requirement to meet business owner needs.
• Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Required Experience minimum of Eight (8) years in the following:
• Business Analysis and stakeholder management
• Enterprise Systems Architecture
• Implementation and management
• Information technology system design, support, and development
• Project Coordination and documentation
• PMI, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Preferred Skills Set – 3 years’ experience:
• Financial System Design
• Oracle ERP (Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS)
