Role: Oracle EPM ARC Lead

Location: Remote

Exp: 15+ years 

 

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 – 10 years of consulting experience or in a related field

• Experience Leading 5 – 6 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Reconciliations (ARC or ARM) projects

• Expert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation (ARC) tool required

• Experience leading functional and technical design sessions, with hands-on experience implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARC) solutions

• Experience leading a team of consultants and properly managing deliverables

• Experience in developing standard reconciliations & transaction matching reconciliation models required

• Experience with Data Exchange/Management and loading data required

• Experience in developing custom ARC dashboards is a plus

• Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC) and Tax Reporting (TRC) are a plus

• Candidate should be teachable with a strong desire to learn and expand the current knowledge base

• Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.

• In-depth knowledge of the relevant technologies and systems CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service Implementation Specialist – preferred

• Oracle Account Reconciliation Certified Implementation Specialist (Current Year) – preferred

• Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Certified Implementation Specialist (Current Year) – preferred SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Communication: Proficient in English written and verbal communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Complex Project Management: Lead Consultants are responsible for leading multiple complex projects, necessitating exceptional project management skills.

• Thought Leadership: Providing thought-leadership and industry expertise is critical in this role.

• Client Acquisition: Resource should have strong business development skills in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

• Mentorship and Coaching: Indirectly developing and coaching junior and mid-level consultants is a significant responsibility.

• Strategic Vision: Lead Consultants should contribute to the team's strategic vision and decision-making.

• Executive Presence: The ability to interact effectively with senior client executives is important.
