Release Train Manager type

• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Manage team data and metrics using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and charts in Excel and Power BI.
• Track sprint and release metrics, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Work closely with the IT Division head to streamline operations and improve visibility.
