Role: Service Now Lead
Location: Onsite, VA
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
Hands-on experience in TOM, ITOM, TSOM, TNI and Certification Preferred
Strong knowledge of CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer)
Telecom domain experience
