Core Role Summary

Lead and manage the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program, leveraging ServiceNow as the central platform for detection, reconciliation, governance, and remediation of unauthorized changes across critical systems. Drive workflow automation, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration within a highly regulated financial environment.

Executive Summary

This is not a traditional ServiceNow developer position. The role is essentially a ServiceNow Platform Engineer / Change Governance Lead / Unauthorized Change Detection Program Manager responsible for building and operating an enterprise-wide control framework that identifies unauthorized system changes across infrastructure, applications, databases, and mainframe environments.
