• Design & execute test cases, plans, and scripts
• Perform manual & automated testing (Web, APIs, DB)
• Validate healthcare claims (837, eligibility, provider/member data)
• Write SQL queries for backend validation
• Defect tracking & retesting (JIRA/Azure DevOps)
• Support automation frameworks & regression/integration testing
• Collaborate with dev & BA teams in Agile environment
