Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong onsite client-facing and presales capabilities. The role involves leading HCM implementations, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting business development through solutioning and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, etc.)

Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications

Conduct workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and user training sessions

Configure Oracle HCM modules and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations

Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stabilization

Act as the primary client-facing consultant onsite

Presales Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to support RFP/RFI responses

Design HCM solutions aligned with client requirements

Deliver product demos and client presentations

Provide effort estimation, solution architecture, and implementation approach

Contribute to proposal creation and bid defense meetings

Stakeholder & Project Management

Engage with business leaders, HR teams, and IT stakeholders

Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks

Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables

Ensure adherence to best practices and Oracle standards
