Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with a strong background in Product Ownership and Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, collaborate with architecture teams to translate requirements into Epics and Features, and work closely with Scrum teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner between Business, Architecture, and Scrum teams.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories.
• Lead Architecture Validation Team (AVT) sessions.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates.
• Prepare executive presentations and program updates using PowerPoint.
• Support Agile delivery while understanding Waterfall project methodologies.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills

• 10 + years of Project/Program Management experience
