We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to drive the development and implementation of our Salesforce platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our ESaaS platform, ensuring its success and growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions and enhancing our client's experience.
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, triggers, and LWC (if applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability by implementing best practices and conducting code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, and recommend improvements.
• Document and maintain technical specifications and system designs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Work closely with the project manager to estimate efforts, manage timelines, and deliver projects on time.
• Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
• 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex & Triggers.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing Salesforce solutions, preferably with LWC experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A track record of successful Salesforce implementations and a portfolio of work is desirable.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
