Role: Project Manager

Location: Bay Area, CA – Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months

An experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with proven project management expertise to manage IT projects, coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of systems, infrastructure, and software solutions that support business objectives. This will be for cross functional projects and also support the Places org projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including software implementations, system upgrades, infrastructure rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives

Develop detailed project plans, timelines and croft functional tracking framework.

Execute project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

Manage the full project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate

Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
