Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with Anthropic Mythos experience to lead complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving large-scale IT programs, establishing governance frameworks, managing risks, enforcing accountability, and delivering strategic business outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and enterprise project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise IT projects and programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Mythos.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, risk-based programs with evolving governance, processes, and operational models.
• Ability to establish project governance, execution strategy, operating cadence, and performance metrics.
• Strong experience driving accountability, prioritizing remediation efforts, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Experience with technical product selection, solution evaluation, technical design, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Strong documentation, knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences, business resilience, and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Decision Support Systems, and Reporting Platforms.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, IBM Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), SQL, and Executive Information Systems.
• Familiarity with COBOL, CICS, DB2, ASP, COM, and .NET technologies.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience within the Healthcare or Health Solutions industry.
• Background in Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Engineering.
