Mainframe Engineer

Need one solid profile with good communication skills (REQUIRED!!)

Location: Jersey City, NJ or Merrimack, NH (Relocation is fine)

Visa - Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H4/EAD

No GC with Employer – 1099 or W2 will work

Top Required Skills:

• Mainframe Tech Stack: Deep expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.
• Data & Complex SQL Skills: Strong  DB2;  Oracle, SQL
• Cloud & Modernization Basics: Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and distributed systems to assist with potential modernization transitions.
• Agile Tools: Proficiency in Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Distributed Architecture: Understanding of REST APIs and the basic functionality of distributed web applications.
