Position: : Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud (ORC) & Talent Functional Consultant

Location : Hybrid(NYC,NY)-  some travel required

 Visa       :USC/GC

Job Description:

• Implementation & Design: Lead end-to-end implementation of ORC, including requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration of Job Requisitions, Candidate Experience, and Career Sites.
• Functional Configuration: Configure talent modules, including Performance Management, Talent Profile, and Goals.
• Data Management & Integration: Support data migration (using HSDL/HDL) and integrate ORC with Core HR, Payroll, and third-party systems (e.g., background checks, job boards).
• Testing & Support: Conduct Functional Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
• Reporting: Create BI Publisher and OTBI reports for recruitment analytics. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3+ to 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of ORC.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and Fast Formula.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes, talent management strategies, and Redwood implementation.
• Certifications: Oracle Cloud ORC certification is preferred.
