Experience Level: -

• 5+ Years of SAP S/4 HANA Transformation Program Management

• 5+ Years of Technology Project Management in Enterprise SAP Environments

• 3+ Years of Cross-Functional Team Leadership

Skills Required (Essential): -

• Proven full life-cycle SAP S/4 HANA transformation program experience with technology workstream focus

• Hands-on experience managing Application Development, Integration, Basis, and Security tracks

• Extensive experience coordinating cross-functional SAP project teams and dependencies

• Strong collaboration and ownership skills in driving technology workstream dependencies across functional teams and Pms.

• Expertise in managing technology deliverables completion within established timelines

• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies for SAP implementations

• Excellent experience in coordinating with Infrastructure/Network/Security teams and SAP RISE partnerships

• Experience in change management and stakeholder coordination during transformation initiatives

• Monitor defect and issue trends, severity levels, and root causes throughout testing cycles.

• Assist with planning, governance, and tracking activities across various testing cycles.

• Oversee and maintain the RAIDD log for the technology and sec team.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with leads, business stakeholders, and SI partners

Skills Required (Desirable): -

• SAP S/4 industry experience with retail-specific technology implementation requirements

• PMP or SAP S/4 HANA Project Management certifications

• Experience in global rollout coordination and multi-regional technology project management
