Hiring – Technical Manager (Enterprise Applications – Generalist) | Remote 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager (Enterprise Applications – Generalist) to lead technical initiatives across a diverse application landscape.

 Location: Remote

 Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and coordinate technical work across multiple applications, systems, and integrations

 Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across teams

 Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business solutions

 Drive scalable, maintainable, and enterprise-aligned solutions

 Mentor technical teams and ensure delivery excellence

 Support modernization, automation, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives

 Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

 10+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments

 Proven experience leading technical teams across multiple platforms

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

 Preferred:

• Exposure to automation/job scheduling tools (Automic or similar)

• Experience with large-scale implementations, migrations, ServiceNow, ERP modernization initiatives
