Job Description:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Power BI reports, dashboards, and data pipelines supporting Capital Markets business functions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive issue resolution within SLA.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business and operational reporting requirements.

• Partner with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks across market data, securities, pricing, trades, positions, and reference data.

• Create SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation to improve operational efficiency and knowledge management.
