Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer with strong leadership and advanced technical expertise, particularly in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison with the onshore client team while coordinating effectively with offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for the onshore client team.
Coordinate and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide strategic direction and thought leadership on ServiceNow best practices.
2. Technical Expertise
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB and related modules.
Lead configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the CMDB with strong governance practices.
Perform and guide ServiceNow platform upgrades, including testing and deployment.
Develop workflows, automation, and integrations aligned with client requirements.
3. CMDB & Discovery
Oversee Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate CI data.
Define reconciliation rules, CI classes, and data models based on business needs.
Troubleshoot CMDB-related issues and maintain ITIL-aligned processes.
4. Project Management
Lead ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects from start to finish.
Deliver project updates, status reports, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
5. Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and best-practice guidance to client and offshore teams.
6. Governance & Compliance
Establish governance frameworks for CMDB and ServiceNow platform usage.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
