The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and governing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring implementations are scalable, secure, and high-performing. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
Salesforce platform expertise: Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs.
Integration patterns: middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), ETL tools, web services.
Data modeling, architecture design, and governance principles.
Experience with CI/CD, version control, and release management.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
