Job Description:

Experience: Minimum 11+ years in enterprise software development, including at least 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).

Required Technical Screening

Hands-on Java & Spring experience

Provide a code snippet with bugs and ask the candidate to run, debug, and fix it.

REST API services

Validate understanding of REST design, HTTP methods/status codes, and implementation basics.

JUnit & Integration Testing

Assess unit testing fundamentals and integration testing approach.

Hybris knowledge

Confirm relevant experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) concepts and implementation exposure.

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Technologies:

Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris):

Expertise in B2C Accelerator.

Experience with OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs and Headless Commerce architectures.

Customization and extension of the platform (e.g., ImpEx, FlexibleSearch, ServiceLayer).

Integration:

Proven experience integrating SAP Commerce with third-party services using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Hub, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Search Optimization:

Hands-on experience with Solr search engine integration and optimization.
