Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead Developer with deep expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), APIs, XML/XSLT, and Workday Cloud Connect to design, build, and support scalable integration solutions across the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical delivery experience, integration troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain complex Workday Integrations across enterprise HR systems

• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Document Transformation (DT), Workday Connectors, and Workday APIs

• Create and optimize Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, and Integration Logic

• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT

• Collaborate with functional teams across Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting to deliver business-aligned solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues across inbound/outbound interfaces

• Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution

• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and integration support artifacts

• Ensure adherence to Workday integration best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on Workday Integration Development

• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, DT, Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Connectors

• Strong experience with REST / SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and Web Services Integration

• Hands-on experience with Workday Integration Cloud / Cloud Connect

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum Environments; Rally experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Extend

• Functional domain knowledge in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Recruiting

• Experience with BIRT Reporting

• Scripting / Automation experience preferred
