Overview

Michelin North America is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to build and support business applications used by internal teams. You will focus on development, not app ownership or product management. You will work directly with stakeholders to turn business needs into working solutions.

Key Requirements

You must be able to build in Power BI, work within Dataverse, and support KPI tracking. This role is hands-on development. They want someone who builds solutions, not someone who manages apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Develop dashboards and reports focused on KPI tracking and business performance 
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Maintain and improve existing Power Platform applications 
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other systems 
• Troubleshoot issues and support users 
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met 

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience building in Power BI, including dashboards and KPI tracking
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse 
• Experience developing in Power Apps and Power Automate 
• Understanding of SQL and data structures 
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams 
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions 

Preferred Skills

• PL-400 or similar Power Platform certification
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python 
• Experience with Power Fx, custom connectors, Azure Functions, or PCF components 
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
