We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess Salesforce Architect certifications along with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV) with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Candidates should have extensive experience in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, Salesforce integrations, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Salesforce Org Merge, data migration, and data quality initiatives.

The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex APIs, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and AppExchange deployments, along with programming experience in Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE, SQL, and Oracle. Experience with Financial Services Cloud, AWS, and knowledge of Agentforce will be highly preferred. The candidate should be capable of leading architecture discussions, mentoring teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving successful project delivery in enterprise environments.
