Position : Web Application Programmer / .Net      

Location : Tallahassee, FL 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 to 6 years of IT work experience in systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online environment
• Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft C#, .NET, MVC, jQuery, and Responsive Design
• Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Oracle
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Visual Studio 2012 or later
• Experience using HTML
• Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile development environments
• Strong communication and validation skills
• Experience with IT systems, processes, and methodologies, and their direct implementation in projects
• Experience working on multiple projects as a Project Leader or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Goals-oriented, proactive team player with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to gain support from a wide variety of stakeholders
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of making independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
