The role of a Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant involves ensuring that end-to-end solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, and business value.
• Designing and executing test strategies across various workflows
• Collaborating with Technical Consultants, Business Process Consultants, and Project Managers to support both internal development and customer UAT.
• Documenting defects clearly, tracking resolution, and retesting fixes to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations, compliance, and usability standards.
• Partnering with Business Process Consultants to ensure acceptance criteria reflect business outcomes.
• Supporting customer UAT planning and execution, facilitating defect triage and resolution.
This role combines hands-on test execution with advisory and collaboration skills, making it a crucial part of the ServiceNow team's efforts to maintain the stability, functionality, and efficiency of ServiceNow implementations within an organization.
