Minimum 8 years of backend development experience, with 5 years in Golang. Deep knowledge of concurrency, goroutines, and high performance system design. Strong hands-on experience with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with distributed systems, caching, and event driven architecture. Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQLMySQLMongoDB. Working knowledge of CICD pipelines and Gitbased workflows. Experience deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments.
