Location: Remote but want candidates who are already in West Coast.

Must Have Direct State client or Government department experience.

Mainframe QA Tester Fully Remote

Hiring a Mainframe QA Tester to support a State Government MMIS Modernization project. This is a fully remote, long-term contract role.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Test COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and batch processes.
• Review batch job results, logs, and workflows to identify defects.
• Validate backend data using SQL and mainframe tools.
• Document defects and collaborate with developers and BAs to drive resolutions.
