Role: QA Manual Analyst/Tester (100% Manual)

• Hybrid 2 days a week but there is possible flexibility.

Interview process: (1) Video Screen, (2) In-person panel, if necessary.

Position Overview

The QA Analyst/Tester may work with one or more agile teams on customer software projects of various industries to manually verify software development, such as feature requests or bug fixes. May act as a point of contact for the development and other QA team members and provide analysis and support of new testing tools where needed. Need to be a go-getter though and might be the only QA on a project.

• Looking for QA Manual/Functional Tester with 5+ years of experience (Mid-to-Senior level)
• Experience in creating test cases & test plans from scratch will be required.
• Having experience with Manual API Testing using Postman is preferred, but don't want/need this person to be an Automation Engineer.
• Postman and SQL knowledge experience is preferred since our QA Testers do API Testing and Data Validation in SQL.
• Need either Jira or ADO experience (ADO is a plus)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum hybrid environments
• Experience with QA Testing embedded withing a cross-discipline sprint team.
• Must have a firm understanding of SQL & relational database concepts
• Experience writing SQL queries to retrieve data from multiple database tables & to run reports
