Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Stamford, CT (Remote)
• Define the overall ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).Establish best practices for system design, integrations, and data modeling
• Define and enforce development standards, governance processes, and code quality, Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches, Maintain platform health, performance optimization, and upgrades
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations and transformations, Collaborate with developers, administrators, and functional teams, Provide technical guidance during sprints and project lifecycle
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, Translate business needs into technical solutions, Advise leadership on platform capabilities and strategic direction
• Ensure platform adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption, Drive innovation and modernization initiatives
• Strong knowledge on ITSM/ITOM/CMDB and have knowledge on ESG/FSO/SecOps/IRM
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in:
JavaScript (Glide scripting)
ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP)
Integration frameworks (IntegrationHub, MID Server)
