Role: Salesforce Technical Project Manager (SCV)

Experience: 8–10+ Years 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation to delivery)
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and ensure timely delivery
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Architects, Admins)
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates
  • Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and quality standards
  • Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Maintain solution and process documentation

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud & Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Excellent planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities
