Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation to delivery)
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and ensure timely delivery
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Architects, Admins)
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates
- Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and quality standards
- Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Maintain solution and process documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud & Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent planning, risk management, and problem-solving abilities
