Subject: Systems Software Programmer (C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and Entity Framework )

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information

Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Programming, or another related

Information Technology field is required. Equivalent work experience may be used as an

alternative for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in translating functional specifications into

technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution.

• Minimum 7 years of experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and

• Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to develop and present complex

material effectively to a variety of audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to establish and maintain good working

relationships with team members, agency representatives, external representatives,

and vendor staff.
