Role Overview
- Lead UI architecture and design for enterprise-scale PEGA applications supporting customer service and operations platforms within a telecommunications environment.
- Play a key role in UI modernization and digital transformation initiatives focused on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI architecture and design using PEGA Cosmos and UI-Kit, ensuring scalable, responsive, and accessible user experiences
- Define and enforce UI design standards and best practices across CSR desktops, web, and self-service portals
- Partner with product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex telecom workflows into intuitive PEGA UIs
- Architect reusable UI components, case views, and templates to improve maintainability and delivery speed
- Optimize UI performance using best practices in PEGA UI rules, section reuse, and declarative UI
- Integrate PEGA UI with external systems via REST services and mashups
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility and enterprise branding standards
- Mentor development teams and perform UI/design reviews
- Collaborate with QA and release teams to resolve UI defects and support production deployments
- Support UI modernization and Cosmos migration initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with PEGA CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
- PEGA CSSA or LSA certification required

- Decisioning strategy design across Web, Call Center, and Retail channels
- Hands-on experience with PEGA Cloud 24.x+ (PEGA 8.x a plus)
- Strong understanding of 1:1 personalization and offer arbitration
- Knowledge of REST, Kafka, microservices, and DevOps pipelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
