Omni Channel and Integration to SAP C4C or Service Cloud V2.

• IT Project Manager with experience with GENESYS - CONTRACT CENTER. that can manage a team for implementing a Phone Bot using Genesys Software
• Level Required for Primary Skill Advanced (6-9 years’ experience) SAP C4C - Cloud for Customer Intermediate (3-5 years’ experience) Salesforce - Service Cloud Intermediate (3-5 years’ experience).
• As an IT Project Manager Contractor, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Proven project management experience Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
