Title: Sr. UX Designer

Job Description:

· Lead UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business objectives.

· Optimize information architecture and interaction design for seamless digital experiences.

· Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design.

· Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

· Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

· Provide creative direction for design teams, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and UX execution.

· Manage and mentor designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

· Oversee the creation of marketing assets, product UI, and content to align with prithe brand’s vision.
