The Role

We’re seeking a c to support a large-scale data transformation program for a financial services client. This role focuses on data mapping, profiling, validation, and testing, alongside documenting business requirements and supporting UAT. You’ll work closely with data, technology, and business teams to ensure accurate and effective data migration from current to target state environments.

What You’ll Do

• Map data from current state to target state, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
• Perform data profiling and compare datasets between source and target environments
• Support data validation, testing activities, and execution of test plans
• Write clear business requirements and user stories aligned to program objectives
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking issues and resolutions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and validation
• Understanding of data mapping, data profiling, and data transformation concepts
• Ability to document requirements, user stories, and testing scenarios clearly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in McLean, VA, five days per week

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to financial services or regulated data environments
• Experience supporting data migration or transformation programs
• Familiarity with UAT coordination and stakeholder communication
