The customer is looking for a Scrum Master
Responsibilities
- Optimize the flow of value from idea generation to release.
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework and waste in the process.
- Promote transparency on barriers to change and progress; remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities.
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility.
- Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.),
- continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state.
- Coach your team(s) to understand the "why" and practice new ways of working.
- Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s).
- Coach Engineering and Product team with techniques for establishing empirical product
- planning, maintaining a healthy Product Backlog, and gathering complete product
- requirements to ensure no gaps exist.
- Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation.
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary.
- Provide delivery leadership by ensuring proper execution of work items, proactively removing
- roadblocks, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet commitments.

- Strong project management skills to ensure proper delivery of work items, including leading the team, gathering detailed information, and proactively removing roadblocks.
- Expertise in reducing rework and waste through continuous improvement practices.
- Product Ownership Support
- Experience coaching and assisting Product Owners in creating product increment plans and maintaining a healthy backlog.
- Ability to help Product Owners gather product requirements, validate completeness, and identify gaps early to prevent issues downstream.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.
- Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders.
- Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes, and tools in a cross-functional organization.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery.
- Participation in scaled agile frameworks.
- Scrum Master Expertise: Hold a recognized Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SSM) and demonstrate strong experience in using Agile frameworks to manage work queues and adapt to unpredictable tasks.
