Requirements :

It is for a specific project where they are implementing the EAP module ( formerly known as APM) ServiceNow and is one of the many projects that we are helping their Enterprise Architecture group in maturing and operationalizing their EA capabilities.

Individual with implementation experience on below preferred in sequence (2 minimum):

• ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture product (implementation of Application, Technology, Information portfolio)
• Resource with APM, CMDB/CSDM alignment
• ServiceNow CSDM implementation and realignment of existing processes/procedures with CSDM
• ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management - Business Services, Technology management services, Service offerings
• ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management
• Awareness of ServiceNow Service Mapping (Tag-based) and general CMDB concepts
• Understands Platform foundational data aspects (users, groups, location, companies etc.) for reference data utilization
• Can perform or enhance ServiceNow integrations with other products using APIs and Robust transforms
