Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale IT initiatives within a program environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile project management experience, a proven track record managing complex, high-profile implementations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• PMP certification (required).
• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects within a program environment led by a Program Manager.
• Experience delivering large-scale implementation projects that are:
• High-profile
• Multi-technology and multi-functional
• Stakeholder-intensive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Manage and deliver IT projects within a program-led environment involving multiple interrelated initiatives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects successfully.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Produce and maintain project documentation including requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and test scripts.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide regular status reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft and collaboration tools to support project delivery and communication.
• Knowledge of distributed application architecture.
• Experience working with state government organizations.
• Experience working with Early Learning Coalitions.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
