Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead for Mainframe Platform including z/OS, IMS, DB2, RACF, Dell Storage, and CA JobTrac.
• Coordinate with Managed Service Providers for issue resolution and infrastructure changes.
• Review, validate, and govern mainframe infrastructure upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Perform security compliance reviews, audit support, and risk management activities.
• Lead major incident resolution and after-hours production releases.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational metrics, and governance standards.
• Serve as the Mainframe Infrastructure SME for client-facing engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of zSecure and CARLa scripting.
• Experience supporting audits, security findings, and compliance activities.
• Familiarity with z/Connect and key management processes.
